Order Tracking

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Paw Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processing or shipped.
